The National Coaching Camp for Senior Wrestling Teams is commencing from 23rd November 2012 at the following venues for preparation of Indian Teams for participation in the various National / International Wrestling events to be held in 2013:
Free Style & Greco Roman Style : STC, Sonepat
Female Wrestling : NIS, Patiala
The Selection Committee of WFI has already selected Wrestlers / Coaches / Support Staff for the above camp in its Meeting held on 15/11/2012 under the Chairmanship of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, MP, President, WFI. The list of the selected Wrestlers / Coaches / Support Staff is attached herewith.
The Selection Committee of WFI has also decided to send Gold Medalist [FS & GR] of the recently concluded Senior National Wrestling Championship for participation in the International Wrestling Tournament “Copa Brasil-2012” FS, GR & FW to be held at Rio [Brazil] from 29th November 2012 to 2nd December 2012.
