This victory enabled Catherina to take her tally to nine points to secure the Winner\u2019s trophy.<\/p>\n<p>P Priya and J Saranya both from Tamilnadu defeated R Bharthi and Ramya Krishna respectively in the final round were tied for the second spot with eight points but better tie break score helped Priya to lift the runner-up trophy while Saranya satisfied with third spot finish to complete the podium finish of Tamilnadu players. <\/p>\n<p>Top twenty players from this event qualified for the National Premier Chess Championship which is scheduled to be held in the month of October in Maharashtra.<\/p>\n<p>Shri. Bharat Singh Chauhan, Secretary All India Chess Federation along with Shri.
