The latest Indian boxer to complain against the result is Manoj Kumar who lost his match 16-20 against Thomas Stalker from Great Britain. Manoj said that he wsa cheated, says a report in <strong>The DNA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t look fair because he was going in one direction and the scores 7-4 and 9-4 to him don\u2019t justify that\u201d, said Manoj.<\/p>\n<p>He also said that the judges were biased and were not up to the international standard. He said, \u201cIt was more like a district competition and didn\u2019t look like the Olympic Games. If it\u2019s Great Britain in the ring it doesn\u2019t matter who\u2019s against them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Thomas Stalker dismissed the controversy, reports <strong>The Times of India<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas said, \u201cI don&#8217;t deal with the scoring &#8211; I just get in there and fight. In amateur boxing it happens all the time where you think you have won more points but it&#8217;s up to the judges. I didn&#8217;t box too good in parts of it and the last round wasn&#8217;t too good. I need work more like I did in the first and second rounds in the quarterfinal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The local favorite also promised to put up a better fight in the coming rounds, he said, \u201cI promise to do better in my next fight and box better than that.
