Federer, who is appearing at his fourth Olympic Games, has been placed in the same half of the draw as fourth seed David Ferrer, who will play Vasek Pospisil of Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Second seed Novak Djokovic, the 2008 Beijing Olympics bronze medallist, will challenge Fabio Fognini of Italy in the first round. Djokovic is in the same half of the draw as third seed and British favourite Andy Murray, who faces Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland. Fifth seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France will meet Brazil\u2019s Thomaz Bellucci, the recent Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Suisse Open Gstaad titlist.<\/p>\n<p>In the doubles competition, top-seeded Americans Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan have been placed in the same quarter of the draw as Switzerland\u2019s Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka, the Beijing 2008 gold medallists. The teams could meet in the quarter-finals.
