{"id":6288,"date":"2012-05-19T05:15:49","date_gmt":"2012-05-19T05:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=6288"},"modified":"2012-05-19T05:15:49","modified_gmt":"2012-05-19T05:15:49","slug":"another-sponsor-signs-with-indian-olympic-association","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=6288","title":{"rendered":"Another sponsor signs with Indian Olympic Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-2926\" src=\"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/vijay-kumar-malhotra.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Vijay Kumar malhotra\" width=\"250\" style=\"float: left; margin: 6px;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/vijay-kumar-malhotra.jpg 300w, https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/vijay-kumar-malhotra-150x94.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>New Delhi: <\/strong>Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has got another Co-Sponsor for its London bound contingent.\u00a0 Indo Nissin Foods Ltd (INFL) have signed an agreement with the IOA for their product \u201ctop Ramen\u201d noodles, to be the co-sponsor of the squad.<\/p>\n<p>IOA acting president Vijay Kumar Malhotra while welcoming this sponsorship expressed confidence that more industrial houses and entrepreneurs will come forward to be part of the Olympic Movement in the country by sponsoring more teams and players.<\/p>\n<p>Prof Malhotra said that this is for the first time that IOA is spending all the money on the sponsorship money on the sports persons qualified for the London Olympics.<\/p>\n<p>He said this is part of \u201cour commitment we had made to the sports persons qualified for the Olympics that they will get their due share\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prof Malhotra also added that there is total\u00a0 transparency in the functioning of the IOA and all the sponsorship agreements are notified and explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He expressed confidence that qualified sports persons will live up to the expectations of the country. \u201cI hope they will bring laurels to the Nation. We in IOA have kept our promise and we hope they (sports<br \/>persons) will keep theirs- that is to give their best at the Games\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Co-sponsorship agreement was signed by IOA Secretary General.<\/p>\n<p>Randhir Singh and INFL managing director Yuji Tabeta.
