\"DarrenNew Delhi:<\/strong> After learning about the jibe directed at him and his fellow teammate Sri Lanka’s Thisara Perera during their Indian Premier League (IPL) stint with SunRisers Hyderabad, former West Indies captain Darren Sammy said that he was angry.<\/p>\n

Alleging that a racist slur was used against him and Perera when they played for SunRisers Hyderabad, Sammy posted on Instagram, \u201cI just learnt what that \u2018kalu\u2019 meant when I played for Sunrisers in the IPL. They call me and Perera by that name. I thought it meant strong Stallion. My previous post tells me something different and I\u2019m angry.\u201d<\/p>\n
