\"LahiriNew Delhi<\/strong>: Anirban Lahiri<\/a> is all set to defend his title in the second edition of the Panasonic Open<\/a> India which will be held at Delhi Golf Club (DGC) from March 29 to April 1.<\/p>\n

Indian star Anirban Lahiri will defend his title against a strong line-up of Asian Tour players including Thai legend Thaworn Wiratchant, and Prom Meesawat, Peter Karmis of South Africa and newly crowned HANDA FALDO Cambodian Classic winner, David Lipsky of the United States.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI have always enjoyed playing in Delhi Golf Club and would like to carry on doing so. I know that the expectations will be higher from me as I am the defending champion and I would try my best to retain the title\u201d, said Lahiri.<\/p>\n

The US$300,000 Panasonic Open India will be broadcasted live and will see some of the best Indian and international players.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am looking forward to play in the tournament. I have been playing at the DGC from a very early stage and will look to take that experience in the tournament. DGC has always been a good hunting ground for the Indians and I hope it will continue to do so\u201d, said Manav Jaini<\/a>.<\/p>\n
