The World No.11 was engaged in a thrilling battle that lasted little over two hours to secure the crucial half point. He now has a total tally of 3.5 points with six more rounds to play.<\/p>\n

Harikrishna, playing black pieces, tried to open up but could not seize the advantage.<\/p>\n

“It was a solid game with many exchanges, but I could not get many chance to get into advantage and in the end had to repeat moves to play out a draw” Harikrishna said after the match.<\/p>\n

The Indian star, with a rating of 2770, has won one, drawn five while losing one game in the campaign so far.<\/p>\n
