Alonso completed only 106 laps in the first two days at the Spanish circuit of Jerez, but last week in Barcelona he managed to complete 162 laps in the same period of two days.<\/p>\n

Alonso admitted that to maximise the new car\u2019s performance has taken much longer than what they expected but ensured that their performance will improve as there is still a lot of time left before the Melbourne race.<\/p>\n
