Central Railway athlete Lalita Babar is a 3000 metres steeplechase specialist. She is a three-time winner of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Hockey legend Balbir Singh has been conferred with the Lifetime Achievement award.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The recipients of the award in different categories are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Best Company Promoting Sports (Public Sector): Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
