Indian players have played good amount of cricket in the past couple of months but Indian skipper Virat Kohli believes that Zimbabwe tour will be more of a fun as his side is quite young and would be willing to do well on the away soil. India were stunned last time when they toured Zimbabwe in 2010 as they lost both the matches that they played.<\/p>\n
India have won the Champions Trophy and Tri-nation series in the past couple of months and their confidence is sky-high. Before the first ODI of five-match series, the atmosphere of the team looked quite relaxed as they had a light session of practice which was later coupled with a game off football and that\u2019s what Kohli his happy about.<\/p>\n
He was quoted by Indian Express<\/strong> saying, “We are happy to be in Zimbabwe and also looking forward to having a good time out here. I believe that the games will be competitive. Our squad is a young one, but we are out here to have fun.”<\/p>\n To echo the thoughts of Indian skipper, Duncan Fletcher added that the tour is not going to be a grinding one for the lads and will be taken more in spirit of spotting good talent which can make its way to the team in upcoming years.<\/p>\n Fletcher was quoted by The Hindu<\/strong> saying, “The past two months have been hectic, too much nerve-wracking stuff happened. We are looking forward to a less intense tour here.
