New Delhi: The Indian Badminton League announced here today that world No. 17, Malaysia\u2019s Daren Liew replaces Krrish Delhi Smashers\u2019 Hong Kong shuttler Wong Wing Ki, who was recently injured at the ongoing World Championship in Guangzhou.<\/p>\n
The IBL Governing Council approved the request from Krrish Delhi Smashers after Wong Wing\u2019s unfortunate layoff was conveyed to them by the Hong Kong Badminton Association.<\/p>\n
Krrish Delhi Smashers CEO Kartikeya Rao, said, \u201cDaren Liew is one of the most exciting players to watch in the sport and we hope to benefit enormously with this association. We also wish the injured Wong Wing Ki speedy recovery and a great future.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
