New Delhi:<\/strong> Mohd. Ansar\u2019s brace helped Government School Sector 11, Rohini thrashed Pragati Public School, Dwarka 3-0 in a knock-out match of the 2nd edition of the Airtel Rising Stars-Delhi Leg, at Ganga International School Ground, Hiran Kudna in Delhi on Wednesday.
 
Basant put an early pressure on the opponents with the first goal of the match in 18th minute.  After conceding the goal, Pragati Public School played aggressively to equalise the score. However, Mohd. Ansar\u2019s two back-to-back brilliant goals in 29th and 41st minute shattered all their hopes and lost the match 0-3. With this victory, Government School Sec. 11 advanced to next round.
 
In another knock-out match at the same ground, Delhi Public School, Rohini blanked Bal Bharti Public School, Rohini 2-0. DPS, Rohini\u2019s ace player Sahil scored both the goals (19th & 35th) and lifted his team to the next round.
 
N.K. Bagrodia Public School, Dwarka (NKBPS) outplayed Lancer Convent School, Rohini (LCP) 2-1 in another match. Lancer Convent School\u2019s Deepanshu opened the account with his goal in 8th min. In 22nd min, NKBPS\u2019 Prashant equalised the score 1-1. Since then, both the teams pushed hard to score the winning goal. NKBPS\u2019 Jaskeerat dribbled past oppositions\u2019 defenders and hit the winning goal in 37th min and took his team to next round.
