Pujara knew that sooner or later Jadeja will turn the tables in his favour and was feeling happy for him that he is doing that in overseas. He was quoted by Times of India saying, \u201cJadeja reminds me of Anil Kumble as both of them does not turn the ball much but they won\u2019t allow you to milk the runs easily. Their strength lies in their line and length they bowl to batsmen and add to that their acuteness which makes them lethal bowlers.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
Jadeja was impressive against the Australia in the Test series and has continued his stint of wicket-taking in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013. In three matches, he has taken nine wickets, second highest in the tournament, at a superb economy rate of 3.59.<\/p>\n
Pujara was quoted by Hindustan Times saying, \u201cYou need to have patience and wait for the opportunity. That\u2019s the biggest test a batsman faces while facing Ravindra. There were rough patches but he has proved his class. He was always a good fielder, but over the years he has focused a lot on his batting as well,\u201d Pujara added. \u201cHe was always determined to bounce back.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added, \u201cThe domestic tournaments have helped him. It\u2019s not easy to score triple centuries, but he has done that too.\u201d<\/p>\n
