He was impressed to see the quality of players that has come in, especially after beating the likes of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. There are as many as seven players who are unseeded and contesting on Monday. Djokovic will be taking on Germany’s 13th seed Tommy Haas in the fourth round which he believes is not going to be an easy contest because of the fitness and agility of Haas.<\/p>\n

Novak was quoted by Hindustan Times<\/strong> saying, \u201cIt is a surprise, there\u2019s no question about it. It\u2019s a strange feeling not to have (Roger) Federer or (Rafael) Nadal at the second week of a major. There are some players who have been playing great tennis. I think it\u2019s interesting also to see new faces for the crowd and the tennis world in general.\u201d<\/p>\n Haas\u2019s strength lies on the grass court and not on a clay court and Djokovic is quite aware of the fact. World number one was quoted by Indian Express<\/strong> saying, \u201cTommy is full of confidence on the court. You wouldn\u2019t expect him to play quarterfinals of French Open with his game because clay is not his surface, but he did. He\u2019s proven everybody wrong because he\u2019s so fit and he moves around the court really well. He is very solid from both sides, on the baseline, has a great serve and variety in his game which is perfect for grass.\u201d<\/p>\n The Serb is peaking at the right time which makes a world of difference to him and he believes with every victory his next challenge is going to be much tougher. \u201cEvery opponent I\u2019m going to face is going to be more difficult.
