Current ticket data for the ICC Champions Trophy reveals that the tournament is attracting a new, younger audience to the game, with the average age of buyers down to 38 from the traditional figure of 44. Nearly a third of these are aged 25-34, while 60% are first-time buyers at the three venues.<\/p>\n
One man looking for success this summer is England captain Alastair Cook, who said: \u201cIt\u2018s a very important event for us as a side. We don\u2019t often get the opportunity to play at home in a world tournament and we\u2019ve got a really good home record.
