Arjuna awardee Samir Suhag was the star of the match as he scored 5 goals to help his team lift the trophy.<\/p>\n<p>The match was an end to end affair till the final chukker as Sahara scored four goals in quick succession to put the match beyond Jindal\u2019s reach.\n<\/p>\n<p>This year the tournament saw participation from Navy, Sahara Warriors, 61st Cavalry, Jindal Steel and Power and IPG Young India. The polo matches were played in the robin round format at the Jaipur Polo grounds from December 8-9.<\/p>\n<p>The Maharaja Fatehsinghrao Gaekwad Sports foundation hosts the prestigious Polo Event The Baroda Cup. Instituted in 1974, the 10 goal handicap tournament is one of the premier polo tournaments in the winter calendar of the Army Polo and Riding Club. Starting 2012, the Cup is reinstituted as BLK Baroda Cup, marking BLK Super Specialty Hospital entry into Polo, in its effort to promote wellness and agility.<\/p>\n<p>Abhay Soi, Managing Director, Radiant Life Care, which manages the 700-bed BLK Super Specialty Hospital, said, \u201cWe are proud to be associated with one of the oldest and the most prestigious polo tournaments of India.&nbsp; Radiant strives to encourage quality healthcare by supporting state-of-the-art infrastructure and improved and healthy lifestyle. Polo represents fitness, agility and wellness and is not just a game but a lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cWe strongly believe physical activity\/agility and promotion of sports will go a long way in mitigating such chronic disease burden\u201d, he said. Radiant&#8217;s foray into the healthcare sector started with the redevelopment of city\u2019s 700-bed BLK Super Specialty Hospital. Continuing with its commitment to promote wellness and quality health, BLK Super Speciality Hospital had earlier announced its association with India\u2019s prestigious Polo tournament Baroda Cup with a Sports for Wellness campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Adhiraj Singh, Captain of winners Sahara Warriors, said, \u201cPolo is a vibrant game and we are happy BLK Hospital has associated itself with this prestigious Cup.
