{"id":12167,"date":"2012-12-07T08:09:48","date_gmt":"2012-12-07T08:09:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=12167"},"modified":"2012-12-07T08:09:48","modified_gmt":"2012-12-07T08:09:48","slug":"no-change-in-the-current-office-bearers-of-the-suspended-ioa-ioc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=12167","title":{"rendered":"No change in the office-bearers of IOA: IOC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/others\/ioa-logo.jpg\" alt=\" No change in the current office-bearers of the suspended IOA: IOC\" width=\"200\" style=\"margin: 6px; float: left;\" \/>New Delhi<\/strong>: International Olympic Committee on Friday has denied to recognise the recently concluded Indian Olympic Association election and said that there is no change concerning the change of office-bearers of the suspended Indian body.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no change concerning the current office-bearers of the suspended Indian Olympic Association, with Malhotra as Acting President (provided he does not act against the IOC directives) and Randhir Singh as Secretary General of the suspended Indian Olympic Association,\u201d Christophe De Keeper, IOA Director General said in a letter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese so-called \u201celections\u201d are null and void and the so-called \u201celected office-bearers\u201d have no legitimacy to claim to represent or act on behalf of the suspended Indian Olympic Association in any capacity whatsoever. In particular they are not entitled to access the suspended Indian Olympic Association\u2019s bank accounts and the funds of the Olympic Movement.
