Mukherjee was sidelined as the chief curator.<\/p>\n<p>There were reports that Mukherjee refused to prepare a rank turner for the third test due to start on Dec. 5, a request made by the Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.<\/p>\n<p>Reportedly MS Dhoni asked the rank turner so that the ball starts turning from the first day.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BCCI then decided to appoint Ashish Bhowmick, East Zone curator to prepare the pitch in place of the local curator.<\/p>\n<p>Mukherjee in an interview to a <strong>TV Channel<\/strong> said, \u201cThis is like a school headmaster telling students to cheat in exams.
