It is a different looking team after the retirement of Rahul bhai and V.V.S. Laxman. But we are also a very different side on the field. Slowly we are growing in confidence and I am hopeful that this team will only improve with time,\u201d said Dhoni<\/p>\n<p>Indian team have a busy season ahead where they will host England, Pakistan and Australia and Dhoni said that the team is looking forward to the upcoming series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team has a busy time ahead with the home series against England, Pakistan Australia. We will try our best against England. We will try to do well and focus on the specifics. We need to be fit for the gruelling time ahead. The side is doing well in the one-day format and it will take some time to get back to the top of Test cricket,\u201d said Dhoni.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>Deccan Herald<\/strong> reports that Dhoni like Virat Kohli and Harbhajan Singh wants to see turning tracks in the series against England.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been a while since I have seen spinners dominating a Test match. I would want to see that against England. We usually take the advice from the curators before a game. He knows the wicket best. We generally put in a requisition on the type of pitch we would prefer for a game. <\/p>\n<p>But at the end of the day, the groundsmen know the best. \u201cIf you talk about a sporting pitch, there is no such definition for it. However, when you come to the sub-continent you get turning tracks here. But we want to improve our game by playing on all kinds of surfaces,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>On Yuvraj Singh, Dhoni said that he is not sure whether the left-hander is ready for Test matches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is very difficult for me to comment on his fitness sitting over here. We have to understand that five-day format has its own uncertainties unlike ODIs or T20s. In ODIs, you know that you have to field for 50 overs only, while in Test cricket there may be a situation that a team might bat for one-and-a-half to two days. We have to assess whether Yuvraj is ready to field for two days,\u201d Dhoni said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaving said that it is Yuvraj who is the best judge about how he is feeling.
