{"id":10772,"date":"2012-10-12T12:14:32","date_gmt":"2012-10-12T12:14:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=10772"},"modified":"2012-10-12T12:14:32","modified_gmt":"2012-10-12T12:14:32","slug":"bombay-high-court-reject-to-give-further-extension-to-dhcl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indiansportsnews.co.in\/?p=10772","title":{"rendered":"Bombay High Court reject to give further extension to DHCL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mumbai<\/strong>: Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd. has been denied any further extension by the Bombay High Court for furnishing Rs 100 crore to BCCI for their Indian Premier League Franchisee Deccan Chargers.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting the bank guarantee came to an end today at 5 pm and the High Court has refused to grant any further time to DHCL saying that they already extended the earlier date by three days.<\/p>\n<p>Now the Board of Cricket Control stands full authority to take any action it desires as far as the Deccan Chargers are concerned.
