\"anand\"Bilbao (Spain)<\/strong>: World Champion Vishwanathan Anand<\/a> could not break his winless streak as he played out yet another draw in the Final Masters Chess Championship<\/a> here.<\/p>\n

The second leg of the championship which started after a week\u2019s break failed to bring any respite for the Anand as he signed peace with Francisco Vallejo Pons<\/a> of Spain. Anand now has drawn all his six matches of the championship.<\/p>\n

Anand now has six points from as many games, while Fabiano Caruana<\/a> of Italy lead the table with 11 points. Caruana was able to hold on to the lead even though he lost to Magnus Carsen<\/a> of Norway.<\/p>\n

Carslen is now on the second spot with nine points.<\/p>\n

In another match Levon Aronian of Armenia drew with Sergey Karkajin of Russia and is on the third position with eight points from six matches.<\/p>\n

Anand follows him on the fourth position, whereas Karkajin and Pons are on the fifth position with identical four points.<\/p>\n
